The video editing courses of Joint School Short Film Production Workshop 2009 will be held on 18th and 25th July. The details are as follows:

The Hong Kong Outstanding IT-School Award (Heats) will be held from 25/2/2009 to 21/3/2009.

Each team should use the username and password given to access the test within this period.
Teams with outstanding results will be allowed to go to next round.

Reminders for participants:
1. Questions are set on various topics about IT
2. Teammates are allowed to work together and use online search engines to complete the test. However, teachers and parents are suggested not to provide any help to students during the quiz.
3. The time limit of the quiz is 15 minutes. Teams are not required to complete all questions.
4. Each team could only access the quiz once. This rule holds under any circumstances.

They will also subscribe to the newsletter of JSECS automatically as well as enjoying higher priority and various discounts on joining our activities.
By the end of the 30th HKJSECS, members will receive a certificate.

It has been a tradition for HKJSECS to organize the Outstanding IT Student Award so as to help students explore their potential in the IT aspect. Since the 29th year of JSECS, the IT Student Award has been changed to the IT School Award. This is to encourage students to form teams and achieve more with each others' help and to promote IT culture in schools as a whole. This year more on the development of IT may be stressed in the competition for the Award, as we shall look back and see how IT has reformed our lives in the past 30 years.
